The breakfast offered lots of local meals, the rooms were fashionable and brand-new with a dining area and a kettle, and all services were exceptional, making it a pleasant experience.

The breakfast was satisfactory with sweets and the ambience was elegant. Location: the hotel was not far from the Colosseum or Plaza Spagna as well as the main monuments of Rome. The place was close to Ristorante Leonetti, where you can have dinner.

We loved this place - comfortable and appealing hotel.
The room was large with air conditioning, we had a good rest. The staff was superfriendly, as well as owner.

Good location, close to Termini station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was kind and friendly. There was a variety of fresh fruit and bread/pastries for breakfast.
The street where it is located is not the best one in the neighbourhood (it doesn't feel that safe at night), although you can find a lively atmosphere with shops and restaurants in the parallel, Principe Amedeo. The room is carefully decorated but it looked a bit presumptuous.

Nice and clean, we had the room with the separate bathroom (located next to the breakfast room) as that was one of the only rooms available in Rome the night we stayed. The bedroom is quite large and very comfortable, with no outside noise from the busy streets. The bathroom is small but was only for our use and was very clean and modern. We would happily stay there again and it's great value for money. Only 2mins walk to Rome Termini (Central) Station.
As others have said it is hard to find. The hotel entry is on the left side of the intersection though there is no actual number on the door. Number 10c is on the right side of the intersection and is a small souvenir shop, but it does have a number! So when you find 10c, turn left and cross the intersection, there you will find the big brown door and a little security panel with "Casa Di Eddy"

The local food was a nice touch! We got a budget double room that had a private safe, central heating, and even an iron - it was really bright. 🌞

The b&b is very well positioned on a reasonably quiet street, near the Termini station so good for all transport links and within walking distance of key attractions like the Colosseum. The rooms look good and the venue would suit people who like being in a small, intimate hotel/B&B.
We chose one of the rooms with a separate bathroom, which was a bit more inconvenient than we'd anticipated and did involve trotting past the breakfast room. If we stayed again we'd go for full en-suite.

Casa Di Eddy is a great b&b with a friendly team of staff and a short walk from the Train Termini however finding Casa Di Eddy will challenge the most experienced traveller as there is no b & b sign on the street or Hotel signage... Even business's located metres from the entrance have no idea of this b & b so you need to look for light brown doors located at number 10 Napoleone iii and then look for a small intercom panel with a doorbell named Casa Di Eddy ..thats all there is and hopefully this review will help others to locate this b & b ...you will need to request a front door key in addition to your room key so you can gain access after midnight and at other times as the staff are not always on site.

Nice and confortable room with brand new facilities! Only five minutes walk from train station. However the hotel is not easy to locate initially cause its within a building and no obvious signal.

Great location - just next to the train station. We stumbled upon Imperium Pub, a cool spot with awesome drinks a short 100 meters away. the breakfast they served was nice, complete with some yummy sweets included 😉.

The hotel is on the second floor, so it took us a long time to find it. The location is good, five minutes' walking from Termini. The boss Eddy is waiting for us when we arrived at the first night. I really love the bathroom though it's seperate from the room, it's the biggest one in the period we lived in Italy. It's designed, nice and cleaning well.
